Christina Milnor
Christina Zaroulis Milnor is a securities enforcement and investigations attorney. She worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for over a decade, including time as the Assistant Secretary with oversight of enforcement and litigation issues facing the Secretary’s office. Prior to that, she worked in both the Division of Enforcement and Office of General Counsel at the SEC. Christina returned to private practice in the spring of 2024, joining and helping establish Mincey Bell Milnor, an affiliate of Cranfill Sumner LLP, with offices on K Street in Washington, D.C. She leverages her governmental experience to assist financial industry clients with navigating conflicts with or issues needing the attention of the SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory or quasi-regulatory bodies.
