Leo Kofman is a Senior Vice President in Jefferies’ Equity Capital Markets Group focusing on PIPEs, private placements and SPAC transactions. Leo has over 15 years of experience in advising public and private companies across equity and equity-linked financing alternatives, with a particular focus on structured PIPE transactions. His previous experience includes RBC, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Joseph. Mr. Kofman received his BSc in Economics from The Wharton School and is a CFA Charterholder.
